DR Congo's dumb Leaders and Diplomats strip themselves naked before the international Community!

Calling DR Congo's diplomats dumb is an understatement considering how careless, uninformed and shortsighted they are whenever they're before the international Community. I will share with you all incidences where they proven all that was said in the introduction very true;

During the recently concluded UN summit in New York, the DR Congo's diplomat at the UN Security council accused Rwanda of its support to M23 referring to what he called the UN Mapping report he couldn't remember (Or knew nothing about) which of course showed he doesn't do any research whatsoever or is outright not informed. As if that was not bad enough, he went ahead to accuse Rwanda of "stealing" Congolese gorillas and Chimpanzees before world diplomats who almost "died" of laughter from such embarrassing and unfounded accusations from a country's top diplomat.

Another incident was when DR Congo's political and military leaders were not shy to say that FDLR was defeated and that there's no FDLR on Congolese territory leave alone in their coalition against M23? They denied all this forgetting that Congelese civilians fleeing from the fighting in North Kivu and particularly in Zone Rutsuru openly talk about the horrible crimes committed against women, children and their families by FDLR disguised as FARDC men.

Last but not list was the president himself embarrassingly appointing a long dead General, Maj Gen Floribert Kisembo Bahemuka who was assassinated on 30th April 2011 as military leader in Equateur Province. How silly could this be? This without an doubt proves a commander in Chief who is not in control of the Country.

This in conclusion takes us back to the biggest question of whether M23 should liberate North Kivu or whether the whole country needs to be liberated from these greedy empty headed dictators.
