Congolese enjoying relative peace and joy in M23 controlled areas.

Congolese citizens most of whom had fled the fighting in some parts of North Kivu have been returning to their homes and are welcomed and helped to settle in their homes and surprisingly found almost everything intact in their homes. This is proof of the professionalism and utmost discipline that M23 has instilled in their combatants.

The returning civilians are also tending to their gardens without fear of being kidnapped or killed as was the case when  they were under the government forces of course with their criminal partners the FDLR and other terror groups scattered all over North Kivu. 

The civilians are also being offered treatment for common ailments that don't need surgery of any form from M23 medical personnel, this shows beyond any doubt how much M23 cares and how far it is ready to go in caring about the livelihood of the common Congolese citizen.

In conclusion, one can't fail to say that a peaceful and conflict free Eastern Congo under a sane and humane M23 and any other right thinking Congolese means a peaceful Great Lakes region!
